RØFF International BV – Return Policy
We do not provide a free return policy because we believe this encourages people to order products they do not really need (knowing they can send it back without any cost). This behaviour is highly damaging to the environment and this is completely against our company policy.

In case you receive a damaged or faulty product, get in touch via info@roffsocks.com immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.
To be eligible for a free replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges or Refunds
In case you have changed your mind about your purchase or ordered the wrong size or colour, you can contact us for a refund or exchange. In both cases, you will have to pay for returning the product to us. Please follow the below process to exchange the product or get a refund:
The process for an EXCHANGE:
Contact us within 30 days after purchase at info@roffsocks.com and let us know your order number and which products you want to have instead. We will confirm the exchange and the instructions to arrange for the exchange. In case you order the same product, there will not be a charge for the exchange. If you order a different product that is more expensive or cheaper, we will arrange for the extra payment or refund to confirm the exchange via email
The process for a REFUND:
In case you change your mind about the purchase, you can send the product back to us and ask for refund of the order. Please contact us within 30 days after purchase at info@roffsocks.com and we will confirm how to obtain the refund. In case there were several products within your order, you can ask for a full refund or for a partial refund. Once we receive the product(s) at our storage, we will immediately arrange for the full or partial refund of the order.
